Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Brighton for a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company. You will guide corporate clients through the onboarding process, acting as the primary contact for Global Commercial Services, with a focus on German-speaking accounts and a collaborative approach.

This temporary role runs 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm) with potential extension, in a dynamic environment focused on accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in German is required.

Responsibilities

• On-Boarding of clients to complete applications and collect documents.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new and expanding clients.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address delays or blockers.
• Input client data into risk tools and set up programmes.
• Own projects that improve tools and processes.
• Provide premium advisory services during onboarding and enrolment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams for handover.

Salary: £17.03 per hour

Duration: Temporary, 6 - 9 months (with view of extension)

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Onboarding Specialist, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company, based in the heart of Brighton.

The Role

In this opportunity you'll be responsible for providing new and existing corporate clients with their first experience of our Client's industry leading onboarding process.

You will consult with Corporate Card clients acting as the primary contact for Global Commercial Services. You will be leading the onboarding of international clients with the support of Business Development Managers.

This role is critical to the success of the German Sales and Account Management Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of new and expanding corporate clients, driving a deep and valued relationship before passing the account to the account management teams.

Responsibilities

• On-Boarding of clients to complete application forms and collect all legal documents required to launch the implementation
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new commercial clients and expansion of existing client
• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address delays or blockers.
• Input of new and expanding corporate client data to the risk tools and the resulting set up of the client's programme
• Taking ownership of projects that drive the development and enhancement of existing tools and process
• Providing premium and dedicated advisory services to our new commercial clients throughout the implementation and enrolment process
• Working with the Sales, Account Sales, and Implementation Manager to achieve a successful implementation and handover to the relevant teams
