Job summary

PwC Channel Islands is seeking an Onboarding Adviser (Senior Associate) to enhance client onboarding efficiency. You will serve as the main liaison between line-of-service engagement teams, clients, and the KYC Operations team, ensuring AML/CFT policies are followed and documentation is collected accurately.

Based in Jersey, the role involves coordinating with the Client Onboarding Team, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding both clients and engagement teams through the KYC process.

Qualifications

• Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory obligations.
• Experience in client risk and AML/KYC roles.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between onboarding teams, clients, and KYC Operations.
• Communicate onboarding status and escalate issues proactively.
• Obtain and verify documentation to satisfy AML requirements.
• Interpret KYC requirements accurately with clients and teams.
• Provide first-line support for KYC queries and data requests.
