PwC Alderney Onboarding Adviser supports the client onboarding process by acting as the primary liaison between engagement teams, clients, and the KYC Operations team. With strong knowledge of AML/CFT policies and client acceptance procedures, this role ensures clear communication, manages stakeholder expectations, and streamlines collection of KYC information to meet regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Understanding of KYC, financial regulatory environment and AML risk implications.
• Understanding of client acceptance procedures and AML/CFT policies.
• Experience in managing client relationships and AML/KYC roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
• Ability to work to KPIs and be accountable for output.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to AML-related queries relating to procedures, policy and systems for KYC.
• Communicate onboarding status with engagement teams and escalate issues early.
• Guide clients through the KYC process to obtain necessary documentation.
• Act as liaison between KYC Operations and client/engagement teams.
• Be the first point of contact for KYC Operations queries and ensure efficient outreach.
• Charge time spent on onboarding work to relevant WBS codes.
