PwC Jersey is seeking an Onboarding Adviser to support risk and compliance, focusing on KYC, AML and onboarding processes for our client base. The role interfaces with engagement teams to ensure timely, accurate onboarding and regulatory compliance across diverse clients.

You will work with the KYC Operations team, manage documentation, and help maintain adherence to KPIs while contributing to a chargeable onboarding function within the team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of KYC and AML regulatory environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and risk/AML/KYC roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and escalate issues when needed.

Responsabilités

• Respond to AML/KYC queries relating to procedures, policy and systems.
• Communicate onboarding status to engagement teams and proactively solve problems.
• Guide clients and teams through KYC process to obtain necessary documentation.
• Act as conduit between KYC Operations and client/engagement teams to ensure clear requests.
• Be first point of contact for KYC Operations queries and outreach when needed.
• Charge time spent on onboarding work to relevant WBS codes for reporting.
