UK Fusion Energy (UKFE) Ltd, part of UKAEA, seeks an Onboarding & Integration Partner to shape the early employee experience across UKFE and the STEP programme. You will design onboarding journeys for direct hires and partner staff, ensuring a welcoming, connected and successful start from day one.

In a fast-paced, partnership-led environment you will turn strategy into action, coordinating across People, IT and hiring managers, while delivering engaging content and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering onboarding and/or integration activities in complex environments.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and timelines with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work across teams and organisations in a matrixed setting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving programme with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage diverse audiences.
• Data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding approaches aligned to People strategy and STEP model.
• Create tailored onboarding pathways for employees and partner staff.
• Coordinate onboarding from pre-boarding through 90 days and beyond.
• Act as central contact across People, IT, managers and partners.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials and content.
• Measure engagement and drive continuous improvement.
