Job summary

TransUnion’s UK team is seeking a Manager I, Business Operations to own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for Monevo UK clients. You will coordinate across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams to ensure timely launches, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

The role offers hybrid working with in-person days at an office location. You will develop delivery plans, track milestones, manage risks, and report performance while mentoring a Product Operations Analyst.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery, or operational processes in technology/fintech/financial services.
• Experience coordinating complex activities across cross-functional teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning capability with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solving to remove barriers and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for all Monevo UK clients to drive launches and revenue growth.
• Lead delivery between clients and internal teams coordinating across Commercial, Product, Tech, Operations and Client teams.
• Develop and maintain clear onboarding plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and success measures.
• Communicate progress, decisions, risks, issues and actions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and remove barriers to protect launch dates and maintain high-quality client experience.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding activities, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce management information, operational reports and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to reduce delays and improve scalability.
• Provide direct line management to one Product Operations Analyst.
• Partner with the wider Monevo UK team to grow operational capability.
