Job summary

Clear Junction in London is seeking a Pre-Sales and Client Implementation Manager to bridge Sales, Onboarding, Relationship Management, and technical delivery. You will design tailored client solutions and guide onboarding from proposal through go-live and beyond, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal and IT to ensure compliant, clear outcomes.

You will translate commercial proposals into implementation roadmaps, support onboarding, coordinate approvals, and drive end-to-end client

Qualifications

4+ years in fintech/payments or related field.
Experience translating B2B client requirements into practical solutions.
Proven end-to-end client implementation experience.
Knowledge of payment products, APIs and transaction flows.
Experience in regulated environments with Risk/Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

Design tailored client solutions with cross-functional teams.
Create and track client solution descriptions from assessment to adoption.
Deliver product and solution presentations as SME to client-facing teams.
Work with Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal, IT to ensure compliance and fit-for-purpose.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding including account setup, technical integration and sandbox readiness.
Develop client-facing implementation documentation and templates.
