Job summary
The Very Group in the UK is seeking a Product Operations Manager to shape how our product teams work, collaborate and deliver across our Financial Services portfolio.
You will own the product operating model, drive governance, prioritisation and tooling, and partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams to unlock performance across the business.
This role offers a flexible, hybrid working model with opportunities to influence at scale and work with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience operating within digital product organisations, ideally in Financial Services or fintech environments.
- Knowledge of product discovery, delivery and prioritisation at scale.
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfort using data and insights to drive decisions and investment priorities.
- Proven track record improving ways of working and delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product operating model to support efficient delivery.
- Bring consistency and visibility to portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance.
- Direct product and engineering teams to focus investment on initiatives with customer and commercial impact.
- Create reporting and insights to help leaders make better decisions.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial, Risk and Compliance teams.
