HSBC is seeking an onboarding specialist in the United Kingdom to own the onboarding intake, guide users through platform capabilities and coordinate across engineering, product, governance and users to progress requests from intake to completion.

You will define, track and communicate SLAs, continuously improve onboarding assets and dashboards, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with strong stakeholder communication and Agile practices.

Qualifikationen

• Business analysis and requirements engineering with elicitation.
• End-to-end onboarding ownership, triage, milestones and RAID.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive status updates.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding intake and act as primary contact for onboarding/migration requests.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, platform operations, product, governance and users.
• Define, track and communicate SLAs/status; improve onboarding assets and dashboards.
