Eurosafe Compliance Ltd. is seeking an Onboarding Advisor to join our growing team in Sheffield, initially based at Arena Court, Attercliffe. You will connect with businesses, introduce our safety services and guide initial contact through to successful conversion, ensuring a smooth, professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both phone and email.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with reliability.
• Willingness to undergo full training to build confidence.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision-makers using an existing property database.
• Contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce Eurosafe’s services.
• Prepare and issue quotations and follow up to secure opportunities.
• Accurately update the in-house CRM system.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Attend training and client meetings as required.
• Work toward a personal sales target and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Develop Key Target Accounts and prospect new opportunities.
