Job summary

Find. is recruiting multiple Careers Advisors to support a caseload of clients in the Sheffield area, helping them back into sustainable employment or training.

You will conduct sign-up meetings, offer Careers Advice & Guidance, write CVs, coach on interview techniques, and run regular reviews. You’ll also identify local opportunities and maintain progress updates in our CRM and LMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Skills & Employment Support advice.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, CRM and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the sign-up meeting, completing all appropriate paperwork accurately.
• Provide Careers Advice & Guidance to clients on how to gain employment, cv writing, interview techniques/tips and confidence building.
• Manage regular reviews with clients to support them back into employment.
• Identify employment & work-related opportunities with local employers, working closely with the Employer Relation team.
• Provide regular updates on client progress, ensuring CRM system is updated.

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship market across the UK. We are on the hunt for multiple Careers Advisor's to support a caseload of clients back into sustainable employment/ training.

We are looking for multiple Careers Advisor's across the Sheffield area; the successful candidate will provide 1 to 1 support mentorship and guidance to support clients back into sustainable employment.
