As our new Onboarding Consultant, you will work closely with our clients, their trading partners, and all departments within TrueCommerce responsible for developing and delivering solutions. Your primary responsibility will be onboarding clients' suppliers to trade via EDI with their customers.

As an Onboarding Consultant, you must work well under pressure to tight deadlines and possess excellent customer service, business administration, communication, and organisational skills. Good IT skills, including proficiency with all Microsoft applications, are required. We use our own in-house tools, and training will be provided. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

You should demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your work. Responsibilities include contacting trading partners, coordinating project timelines, training users, and maintaining project documentation. This role is suitable for someone with some administrative experience seeking growth into project management or professional services roles.

This is a remote position, with some office days depending on operational needs. Training and meetings will be held in person as required.

As an Onboarding Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity for trading partners
• Providing project requirements to clients and partners within specified timelines
• Scheduling projects with appropriate timelines
• Acting as the primary contact during onboarding
• Escalating issues and delays promptly
• Communicating updates to clients, partners, and colleagues
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Keeping project records updated
• Creating and maintaining project documents
• Providing KPI data for the team and individuals

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (training in NetSuite and internal tools will be provided)
• Background in professional services
