Job Description

NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be based in Europe to collaborate with their team and support our customers. Please only apply if you are physically based in Europe.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist (French-speaking), you will play a key role in the initial stages of our customer's journey, especially for the French market. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding, conducting training, and becoming an expert user of all Hostaway products.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement effective onboarding processes for new French-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless transition and a solid foundation for their success.
  2. Conduct initial training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to French-speaking customers, promoting a deep understanding of our product features and capabilities.
  3. Develop customized onboarding materials and resources in French and English.
  4. Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with French-speaking clients throughout the onboarding process.
  5. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline onboarding.
  6. Monitor and report on onboarding effectiveness, using feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.
  7. Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers during onboarding, addressing issues promptly.
Job Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or success within SaaS.
  2. Native level French and English proficiency; support for French-speaking customers and internal communication in English.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create positive first impressions.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in both languages.
  6. Adaptability to new technologies and a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
