Job summary

HC-One is seeking an HR and Recruitment Administrator to manage end-to-end pre-employment compliance for new starters across the Group. You will work with Regional Recruiters, Home Managers, and the Training & Practice Development team to ensure checks are completed quickly and accurately.

The role focuses on speed to start, meticulous record-keeping, GDPR compliance, and delivering a warm, compliant onboarding experience for every new hire.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of safer recruitment requirements, right-to-work legislation, and GDPR as they apply to recruitment and onboarding practice.
• Understanding of pre-employment compliance requirements within a regulated sector, including DBS, references, occupational health and professional registration checks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of new starters across multiple locations simultaneously.
