Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking two Recruitment Coordinators to join our friendly Recruitment Team in Runcorn. You will manage the full onboarding cycle and lead the compliance process for candidates, contributing to essential health and care services.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), based at our Head Office in Runcorn with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and two days homeworking after settling in. You will recruit both domestic and international candidates, working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Clear interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
• Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ensuring accuracy in documentation and postings.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and teams.
• Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, keeping them updated on key recruitment activity.
• Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems.
• Issuing contracts of employment, whilst understanding our comprehensive terms and conditions.
• Organising interviews by calling candidates directly for availability and delivering a high level of customer service throughout their onboarding process with us.
• Carrying out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and occupational health.
