Tiny Rebel in the UK on-trade is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our presence across the UK on-trade market. You will manage regional accounts, build partnerships and win new listings, draught lines and guest rotations to increase our craft beer footprint.

The role requires proven KAM or business development experience within the UK on-trade, strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in key account management or business development within the UK on-trade.
• Track record of securing new listings and growing relationships with pub and bar groups.
• Strong commercial awareness and confident deal negotiation.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with regional accounts and decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multi-site groups.
• Win new listings, draught lines and guest rotations to boost presence.
• Develop account plans and joint business plans to drive distribution and growth.
• Manage the full sales process from initial conversations to agreements.
• Monitor account performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Respond to range reviews and tenders with compelling proposals.
