Job summary

Account Coordinator role in Scotland for a key client, supporting recruitment and workforce solutions. Site-based position with immediate starts available.

You will manage workforce requirements, support recruitment activity, and build strong relationships with clients and workers to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands. This full-time role offers a structured, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce planning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organisational abilities and multitasking capacity.
• Willingness to travel to site locations and participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, attraction and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Workforce planning and scheduling to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and workers.
• Manage attendance, performance and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with company and client processes.
• Support daily operational requirements and solve staffing challenges.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
