Job summary

Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS) is seeking a Supervisor to join our on-site teams at Ipswich and Sizewell C. You will lead driver allocation, oversee buses and passenger flow, and ensure timely service while maintaining safety and customer focus.

This role operates across both sites, with a strong emphasis on problem solving and operational excellence. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£18.71) with a 25% overtime uplift, 24/7 shifts, and a range of employee benefits including health

Qualifications

• Hold a PCV/Cat D licence and full driving licence.
• Demonstrate confident IT skills and ability to use IT systems.
• Experience in customer service or complaint handling is required.
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site.
• Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues.
• Handle customer queries and manage queues.
• Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas.
• Record passenger data and shift information accurately.
• Support SPS values and teamwork across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
