Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS), a division of First Bus, is hiring a Supervisor to join on-site teams in Ipswich and Sizewell C. You will manage drivers, buses and passenger flow, ensuring safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations 24/7.

Key tasks include scheduling, vehicle issue resolution, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Essential: PCV/Cat D licence and IT confidence; full driving licence required.

SPS was formed in 2016 and serves the passenger transport needs of the EDF Nuclear Project at Hinkley Point C (HPC)in Bridgwater, the largest construction project in Europe. We are the only transport provider for the thousands of people who go to the construction site daily to work or visit. We are now bringing this experience to Sizewell C in Suffolk, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transport for its workforce.

Rate: £18.71 per hour +25% overtime uplift

As a Supervisor you’ll ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations across our depots. Using our tracking systems, you’ll manage drivers, buses, and passenger flow, solving problems quickly and keeping services on time.
