Specialist Passenger Solutions Limited is seeking a Supervisor to lead on-site teams at Ipswich and Sizewell C. You will manage drivers, buses, and passenger flow, ensuring safe and reliable services across 24/7 operations.

The role focuses on proactive problem-solving and customer-focused journeys. The ideal candidate will have PCV/Cat D Licence, IT confidence, and experience in customer service or complaints.

SPS was formed in 2016 and serves the passenger transport needs of the EDF Nuclear Project at Hinkley Point C (HPC) in Bridgwater, the largest construction project in Europe. We are the only transport provider for the thousands of people who go to the construction site daily to work or visit. We are now bringing this experience to Sizewell C in Suffolk, providing safe, reliable, and efficient transport for its workforce. Location: Ipswich & Sizewell C Rate: £18.71 per hour +25% overtime uplift

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. As a Supervisor you’ll ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations across our depots. Using our tracking systems, you’ll manage drivers, buses, and passenger flow, solving problems quickly and keeping services on time. We transport thousands of clients to and from the site every day, working 24/7 to ensure that construction remains on schedule. What You’ll Need

Essential:

• PCV/Cat D Licence
• Confident with IT
• Customer service or complaint-handling experience
• Flexible to work shifts (24/7 operation)

• Supervisory experience

• Knowledge of the transport sector
