Job summary

DAG Tech in London seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team. You will deliver front-line IT support for end-users, configure hardware and software, and resolve issues across devices and cloud services on-site.

This contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, with on-site work in London. You will build technical docs, maintain time tracking, and have opportunities to advance into Tier III engineering and cybersecurity roles.

Qualifications

• Experience providing front-line IT support and resolving end-user issues.
• Ability to configure hardware/software and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; maintain clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users with efficient resolutions and incident handling.
• Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and network issues; assist with video conferencing systems.
