Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to fulfill a key role on our Engineering Operations team in London. Responsible for front-line support and management of technology systems, you will be exposed to a wide variety of technologies and interface directly with end-users.

Your goal will be to support IT solutions and provide excellent service desk support. Role focuses on end-user support, on-site London work, and contract hours (10–40 per week).

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT end-user support and service desk resolution.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoom.
• On-site London availability for contract hours.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users with efficient resolutions and incident handling.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobiles, network issues, and conferencing systems.
• Onboard/offboard users; manage cloud services accounts and permissions.
• Document solutions and maintain accurate time tracking.
