Job summary

Global Security Inks & Authentication Solutions seeks a Technical Adviser to be embedded at a key customer site in Hampshire. You will advise on ink formulations, proofing, and production, working with a global HQ for specialist input.

The role reports to the Head of R&D Services within the Technical Assistance Group and requires fluent English, a chemistry-related degree, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent background in printing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced team.
• Strong ethics with customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to other customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the customer in ink formulation design.
• Advise on ink and solutions for projects, connecting formulations to proofs.
• Answer customer queries on site and escalate to HQ when needed.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and build customer knowledge.
• Ensure optimal use of products and coordinate with HQ as needed.
• Own technical visit reports and monthly activity reports.
• Manage product complaints efficiently with documentation.
