Job summary

WINNER Recruitment is seeking an organised Account Manager to join our busy on-site team at WS11 8LD. You will manage bookings, support agency workers, liaise with the client and ensure high levels of service in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:00 with a starting salary from £30,000 per annum DOE and a quarterly bonus. Full training is provided along with a supportive team and onsite facilities including parking and canteen.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, administration or on-site operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive with problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce bookings and shift allocations.
• Complete on-site worker check-ins and attendance.
• Liaise with client to meet operational requirements.
• Handle holiday requests and maintain records.
• Support worker queries and deliver excellent service.
• Monitor on-site stock including PPE and office supplies.
• Update internal systems and maintain admin records.
• Make informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate with workers, clients and colleagues by email, phone and in person.
• Assist recruitment and compliance activities when required.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
