Job summary

Mactech Inspection Ltd at Hinkley Point C is seeking a Site Administrator to join the project team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on workforce attendance, timekeeping and general site administration, reporting to the Construction Manager and HR.

This position is fully site based, Monday to Friday, with a BPSS/CCNSG-ready profile and experience in high-regulated environments. The successful candidate will support site operations and ensure accurate workforce records and compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-regulated environments such as HPC.
• Administration, workforce coordination or construction site support experience.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with employees and site management.
• HR experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Eligible for BPSS security clearance.
• CCNSG Safety Passport or HS&E qualification, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily attendance records, including clock-in/out.
• Identify lateness, early departures and unexplained absences.
• Assist with attendance-related documentation.
• Follow up and welfare checks for unaccounted personnel.
• Maintain workforce records and provide regular attendance reports.
• Support onboarding, inductions and general admin tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for employees, supervisors and HR.
