Mactech Inspection Ltd. seeks a Site Administrator at Hinkley Point C (HPC) in Somerset. This permanent, fully site-based role runs Monday to Friday with a salary of £35,000 per year.

You will support day-to-day site operations, focusing on workforce attendance, timekeeping and HR coordination on site. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in regulated environments, strong organisation, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain BPSS clearance and CCNSG HS&E

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in site administration or similar.
• Experience in workforce coordination or construction site support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• BPSS security clearance or ability to obtain.
• CCNSG Safety Passport or HS&E qualification, or willing to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and maintain accurate daily employee attendance records, including clock-in and clock-out times.
• Identify and follow up on lateness, early departures and unexplained absences.
• Assist employees with attendance-related documentation, including late arrival and early departure forms.
• Conduct appropriate follow-ups and welfare checks for unaccounted-for personnel.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and provide regular attendance updates and reports.
• Support employee onboarding, inductions and general administrative activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, supervisors and HR regarding workforce administration.
