Job summary

Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to support a specialist fit-out and installation contractor on the Hinkley Point C project. You will supervise the site team, manage logistics, coordinate with the main project team, ensure installations are delivered safely, to quality standards and with thorough QA documentation, while upholding health and safety at all times.

Requirements include SSSTS, CSCS card, First Aid and HPC induction where possible, with BPSS and

Qualifications

• SSSTS - minimum requirement.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid and additional H&S qualifications desirable.
• Previous experience supervising or managing construction/installation works.
• Able to commute to Hinkley Point C via the site bus service.
• Existing HPC induction/clearance highly desirable.
• Must be able to complete BPSS and site induction prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site logistics and installation activities.
• Liaising with the main project delivery team and company management.
• Supervising installation quality and completing required QA documentation.
• Managing tools, materials, loading and unloading and on-site storage.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.
