Grange Property Management in Bognor Regis is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee two retirement developments, St Nicholas Court and Villa Plage. You will support residents, coordinate repairs and manage contractors while maintaining a focus on independence and wellbeing.

The role requires 20 hours per week across the two sites, and entails liaising with a Regional Manager and Head Office Team. IT basics (Outlook/Word) and regional travel are essential.

• Ability to manage workload independently.
• Strong IT basics, including Outlook and Word.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of two retirement schemes in Bognor Regis.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
• Oversee contractors on annual contracts and supervise cleaning/gardening.
• Support residents' well-being and independence; respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with regional manager and head office for guidance and escalation.
