Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee two retirement developments in Bognor Regis. You’ll manage communal areas, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and supervise contractors while supporting residents aged 60+.

Strong communication and IT skills are essential, with lone-working supported by regional and head office teams. The role is permanent, 20 hours per week across two schemes, and requires travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Good resident relations and communication skills.
• Confident handling of complaints and enquiries.
• Basic IT skills including Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general management of the building, including repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
• Supervise contractors on annual contracts and manage cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
• Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and leasehold enquiries; advise residents empathetically.
