Job summary

Task Personnel Solutions is recruiting an Accommodation Safety & Support Officer to work across student accommodation and other residential sites. You’ll be a calm, professional presence on site, supporting residents and carrying out basic safety checks to keep the building safe and running smoothly.

You'll welcome residents, visitors and contractors, provide friendly support, carry out site checks, and respond to out-of-hours issues as needed, recording incidents clearly in line with site

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or resident support
• Ability to perform basic safety checks and observations

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors

• Carry out regular site checks to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Check alarms, lights and basic safety systems
• Help ensure shared areas are safe and tidy
