Job summary

Task Personnel Solutions is recruiting an Accommodation Safety & Support Officer for Sheffield and surrounding student accommodation sites. You will be on-site, ensuring residents feel safe and supported while performing basic safety checks and alarm system checks.

The role involves front-desk duties, assisting residents, and handling out-of-hours issues as needed, with a calm, professional presence on site.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred
• Ability to stay calm and professional on site
• Good observation and basic safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors on site
• Provide clear and friendly support to residents
• Carry out regular site checks to ensure safety and order
• Check alarms, lights and basic safety systems
• Help ensure shared areas are safe and tidy
• Support out-of-hours issues when needed
• Record incidents clearly and accurately
• Follow site rules and supervisor instructions
