BardWood Support Services is seeking an Area Support Officer in Southampton to help ensure safety and security across client premises. The role is site-based, requires flexibility, and involves providing a welcoming, orderly environment for staff and visitors.

You will respond to incidents, assist with first aid if needed (training provided), and work with a team to enforce site rules while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

• SIA License.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Full driving license and access to own transport.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover for multiple locations within a region.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Provide a proactive presence and directional guidance to visitors.
• Assist with conflict resolution on premises.
• Complete legible incident reports when incidents arise.
