Job summary

Task Personnel Solutions is seeking Accommodation Safety & Support Officers to assist residents across student accommodation and other residential sites in York. You’ll be a calm, professional on-site presence, welcoming residents and helping with safety and daily operations.

The role focuses on ensuring people feel safe and supported, performing basic safety checks, and responding to issues out of hours while recording incidents clearly and following site rules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors
• Provide clear and friendly support
• Carry out regular site checks
• Check alarms, lights and basic safety systems
• Help make sure shared areas are safe and tidy
• Support out-of-hours issues when needed
• Record incidents clearly
