Qualifications

• Experience in project management within the UK real estate or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for site-based projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration within JLL.
• Manage client relationships with UK market stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks per UK regulations.
• Monitor progress and produce stakeholder reports.
• Conduct regular status meetings and drive sustainability in project execution.
