Job summary

G Force Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to support a process installation project in South Yorkshire/Nottinghamshire. The role entails CDM 2015 compliance, coordinating site activities and subcontractors, and acting as Site CDM Manager during the fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include overseeing permits, risk assessments, and safety performance, with travel and a UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven background in H&S & CDM risk assessments and method statements.
• Principal designer - coordinating and identifying risks.
• Industrial knowledge of process installations is advantageous.
• Able to lead people and manage multiple site activities safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit site operatives and subcontractors.
• Write permits for principal contractor and subcontractors.
• Monitor significant site activities (equipment deliveries, cranes, temporary works).
• Ensure CDM compliance and update project information daily/weekly.
