Job summary

Your Recruiters is seeking a capable on-site coordinator to help manage project sites in Glasgow. The role focuses on coordinating site teams, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing on schedule.

You will be the organizer of labour, equipment and materials, ensuring everyone knows what to do and when. You’ll liaise with clients and the office to resolve day-to-day issues while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• You do not need to be a senior or highly experienced Project Manager.
• We're looking for someone who is organised and confident dealing with people.
• You should understand what it takes to coordinate works successfully on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating site teams, operatives and subcontractors.
• Organising labour, contractors, equipment and materials required for each project.
• Making sure everyone knows where they need to be and what needs to be completed.
• Monitoring progress against agreed timescales and keeping projects moving.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and the internal management team.
• Dealing with day-to-day issues on site and finding practical solutions.
• Ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards.
• Supporting site health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Providing regular updates on progress and any potential delays or issues.
• Completing basic project and site documentation where required.
