Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assistant Planner for the Glasgow South Side team to support renewable installation projects. You will assist with scheduling, coordinating site visits and ensuring documentation is up to date.

The role is ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop in project coordination, with on‑the‑job training provided and clear progression towards a Project Coordinator position.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with ability to learn Big Change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Project Coordination for installation works.
• Support Project Coordinators with planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate surveyors, installers and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Arrange site access, customer appointments and pre-installation requirements.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation; ensure compliance records.
