Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to manage a contract on-site with clients across the region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and coordinating with client leadership to ensure smooth operations.

You will travel to multiple client locations, manage recruitment for drivers and warehousing staff, and oversee induction, compliance, and incident reporting while maintaining strong client relationships and a proactive, professional company

Qualifications

• Travel to multiple client locations at least 2 times per week across your region.
• Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle are required.
• Experience in building effective client relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership of building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
• Based on various clients' premises across your region - mileage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location.
• Overachieving KPIs and delivering on the operational plan.
• Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholders within the client's leadership team to review performance and delivery.
• Plan and organise the induction process for new starters including a meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs/uniforms.
