Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of critical power projects across the UK. You will own site logistics, manage subcontractors and lead Site Managers to ensure consistent results.

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and delivery teams to translate complex designs into live outcomes. The role requires proven construction/site/project management experience, SMSTS and CSCS manager level qualifications, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site delivery for critical power projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records)
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team
