Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects across the UK. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency and high standards.

You'll collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to bring complex designs to life, driving safety and quality across multiple sites while supporting handovers and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management for M&E or generator installations.
• Confident managing multiple teams and project sites simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualified.
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Flexible to travel and stay away when needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them.
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership.
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites.
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team.
