Job summary

Rehlko (wb Power Services) seeks a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects across the UK and Europe. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and lead a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency and quality.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers, travel regularly, and stay away from home as needed. The role offers varied high-profile projects and real progression within the Projects team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) and First Aid qualified.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Mentor Site Managers across the team.

• Drive high standards in HSEQ across activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Lead site progress meetings and report to senior leadership.
• Manage site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).

• Mentor and develop Site Managers across the team.

Job description

As our Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all on-site delivery activity for our critical power projects. This includes planning site logistics, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and, importantly, leading and supporting a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency across the board. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and wider delivery teams to bring complex designs to life across the UK and Europe. This role will involve regular travel and periods of staying away from home, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records)
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management, ideally in M&E or generator installations
• Confident managing multiple teams and project sites simultaneously
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) and First Aid qualified
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
• Willing and able to travel extensively across the UK and Europe, including regular stays away from home
