Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Manager to take ownership of on-site delivery for critical power projects across the UK. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead a team of Site Managers to ensure consistent delivery and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to translate complex designs into on-site reality, while mentoring Site Managers and driving continuous improvement across the delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management, ideally in M&E or generator installations.
• Confident managing multiple teams and project sites simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualified.
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Flexible to travel and stay away when needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them.
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership.
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites.
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team.
