Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for our critical power projects. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and lead Site Managers to ensure consistency across projects.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to bring complex designs to life across the UK. The role requires proven construction management experience, SMSTS/CSCS manager level and strong HSEQ knowledge, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management, ideally in M&E or generator installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Willingness to travel and stay away as required; SMSTS/CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them.
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership.
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites.
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team.
