Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Manager to own on-site delivery for critical power projects across the UK. You will plan site logistics, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and lead Site Managers to ensure consistent delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to turn complex designs into reality. The role requires proven construction/site management experience, SMSTS/CSCS (manager level) and First Aid certifications, plus a willingness to travel and stay away as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/site/project management, ideally in M&E or generator installations.
• Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them.
• Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources.
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership.
• Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records).
• Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites.
• Supporting commissioning and project handovers.
• Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team.
