Job summary

Randstad in Peterborough, England, is seeking an Account Specialist to be the on-site backbone for our client site. You will manage daily worker engagement, host client meetings, and drive a seamless onboarding process from day one.

You will also ensure live data in our systems is accurate, conduct regular check-ins with staff, handle employee relations, and report back to the Account Manager to support growth and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Worker & Client Engagement: Act as the primary face of the service. You will manage daily worker engagement for temporary staff, host face-to-face client service meetings, and run "worker surgeries" to solve day-to-day workplace hurdles.
• The Onboarding Architect: You'll ensure that all new starters have the best start in their new role by meeting with them regularly throughout their first few weeks.
• System & Data Specialist: Maintain 100% accurate live data within our systems and databases.
• Lifecycle & ER Management: Conduct regular formal check-ins with staff, proactively handle assignment extensions, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, and oversee the end-to-end leaver process.
• Account Knowledge Specialist: You'll use your position on site to gain knowledge and report back to the Account Manager to support our growth and relationship objectives.
