Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Account Specialist to be the on-site backbone at our Desford client site. Based in England, this full-time role focuses on worker and client engagement, onboarding, data integrity, and end-to-end account administration.

You'll manage daily engagements, conduct client meetings, run worker surgeries, and ensure accurate live data while supporting Employee Relations and lifecycle processes on site.

Responsibilities

• Worker & Client Engagement: be the primary face of the service and manage daily worker engagement.
• The Onboarding Architect: ensure new starters have a strong start with regular touchpoints.
• System & Data Specialist: maintain accurate live data in systems and databases.
• Lifecycle & ER Management: conduct formal check-ins, manage extensions, ER cases, and leaver processes.
