Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Account Specialist to act as the on-site guru, coordinating worker engagement and client relations at a prestigious Desford site. You will split time between stakeholder meetings and maintaining back-office systems, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate data, and proactive employee relations handling.

The role emphasizes autonomy, excellent stakeholder communication, and ownership of operational tasks in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary face of the service, managing daily worker engagement for temporary staff and hosting client service meetings.
Onboarding architect: ensure new starters have a strong start by meeting with them regularly in their first weeks.
System & Data Specialist: maintain accurate live data within our systems and databases.
Lifecycle & ER management: conduct regular check-ins with staff, handle assignment extensions, ER cases, and end-to-end leaver process.
Account knowledge specialist: on-site role to gain knowledge and report back to the Account Manager to support growth objectives.
