You will triage calls, assess needs, and provide non-clinical guidance using the NHS Pathways System. The role includes extensive paid training to prepare you for frontline triage, with flexible part-time or full-time shifts at the Ipswich site.

You will work in a supportive team, focusing on accuracy, empathetic communication, and timely decision-making to help callers in urgent need.
