Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions in Newham seeks an experienced Building Services Project Manager for a 12-month, outside IR35 contract on a live hospital project. You will lead onsite delivery, coordinate M&E teams and subcontractors, and drive programme and safety standards.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical background, strong site delivery experience, and a Black CSCS Card, with availability five days per week on site in Newham.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within Building Services or M&E.
• Mechanical or Electrical background.
• Experience working for an M&E contractor.
• Strong site and project delivery experience.
• Black CSCS Card is essential.
• Availability to work on site in Newham 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing M&E delivery across a live hospital project.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project activities.
• Monitoring programme, quality and progress.
• Managing day-to-day issues and keeping delivery on track.
• Working closely with the wider project and construction teams.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.
