Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead on-site execution for a high-profile residential-led development in London. I'm currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Site Manager for a high-profile residential-led development in London.

This is an opportunity to join a project from a key stage of the build, taking responsibility for managing all M&E packages through installation, coordination, commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the mechanical and electrical elements are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

The role will include:

• Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
• Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
• Working alongside the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.
